ants, silverfish and spiders

Ants silverfish and spiders.

I found cypermethrin or Eco Exepmt for the ant. Also ready about your silver control products (drione). What can I do about ground spiders… every morning there are at least 10 to 12 in my pool.
Also does the Eco exempt work good for small ants … Also is it a good parameter control?

First, with the spiders, you need to treat the turf with some kind of granule. In our SPIDER CONTROL ARTICLE, you’ll see BIFEN G. Use it around the house in the turf and it will take care of any pest in the yard. One treatment and you won’t have any spiders floating in the pool or any ant mounds around either. Alternatively, you can go with the ECO GRANULES, but they won’t be nearly as long lasting or quick acting as the Bifen.

For the foundation, spray with the CYPERMETHRIN mentioned in our ANT CONTROL article. It will handle everything any invasive pest and overall is a good strong spray for the foundation. Again, you can opt for the ECO IC, but it won’t last as long so start with the Cypermethrin.

Lastly, the silverfish won’t be affected much by all this outside treating. As explained in our SILVERFISH ARTICLE, you need to get them where it counts. This is almost always the attic and wall voids so to get control of this pest, you’ll need to do some attic dusting and set out some SILVERFISH TRAPS in living areas if they’re foraging into living spaces. I wouldn’t spray anything inside just yet for them unless you have reason to believe they’re nesting somewhere in the living spaces. In most cases this isn’t the root of the problem and the dusting of the attic and entry points can usually solve it.
