If you read through our SCORPION CONTROL ARTICLE, you’ll note the products you listed are exactly what we’d suggest for use inside. But keep in mind scorpions don’t appear from thin air. They had to come in from the outside and in all likelihood originated from somewhere on your property. So if you not doing any kind of perimeter pest control around the exterior of the home – specifically foundation spraying – now would be a great time to start. Scorpions active in the area would be controlled as well as any food supply for them which could be attracting the scorpions in the first place.
In summary, the Cykick, scented traps and heated traps are excellent choices for inside. But don’t forget the outside. In fact, I rarely have to treat inside my home for any pest because I treat my foundation and yard throughout the warm months. This keeps perimeter pests at bay and in the end, the result is a lot less of anything getting inside. I know this would help your situation as well. Applying some CYKICK CS to the exterior would not only prevent scorpions from entering but by keeping the zone pest free, keep them from having any interest in the area at all. And by keeping them off the house you’ll no doubt have less (if any) making their way inside at all.
