Can PERMETHRIN AEROSOL be used to spray window screens to keep small nats from coming through?
You can try to see. I’m not sure the treatment would be strong enough to hold them back for any long period of time but it should help stop small insects from entering. You may also consider making your own formulation using the PERMETHRIN CONCENTRATE and a small PUMP SPRAYER. This would be much stronger and should last much longer too.

I use a professional grade bug poison around my arizona house to kill bugs. It says it is safe indoors and out, but the room should be ventilated and children away for a few hours until it dries. I would like to put it on window screens. Would it be safe to leave the window open after it dries? Do you recommend something I can safely spray the window screens with to kill little bugs that might come in through the screen?

@guest: If something is labeled for outdoor use only, I’d hesitate applying it on screening since air movement will obviously move some into the structure. A great alternate would be the Permethrin listed above. Odorless and labeled for use on a wide range of animals, it has very low mammalian toxicity and is approved for use inside. And since it works on just about any pest, it would be a good general spray for this need.
